Time to stop playing games!

What OMG! That’s right every now and again you need to back away from the PC and get into the real world, I see gamers fall in to the trap all the time and I am as guilty as the next gamer. For the time I have put down all MMO games and the only thing I’m really playing is Dragon Age 2 playing an offline game allows me to not play for days at a time without letting others down. To Motivate myself to get fit I have banned myself from playing any game if I have not worked out that day. Its amazing how unfit and unhealthy you can get by sitting at your PC for hours playing WoW every night!

So to all Gamers this is for you!
